We are currently accepting resumes for the following positions:

PROJECT MANAGER

Minimum Requirements:  Registered Architect in Pennsylvania (we will also consider unlicensed applicants with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field).  8 Years Experience with Educational, Institutional, and Commercial Projects.

Job Responsibilities:  Projects ranging in size from $100,000 to $5,000,000.  All job functions including design, construction document preparation, specifications, and construction phase duties will be required.

Qualifications:  Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and SketchUp.  Revit Proficiency is a plus.  LEED Certification is a plus.  Experience managing complex projects that require coordination both in-house and with outside engineering consultants.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER/DRAFTER                                                                                   

Minimum Requirements:   5 Years Experience performing Architectural Drafting for Educational, Institutional, and Commercial Projects (we will also consider less experienced applicants and recent graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field).

Job Responsibilities:   Assist the firm’s partners and project managers in all aspects of project design and development.  Prepare design and construction documents for projects large and small while working closely with other members of the project team.  Ability to work independently, yet still be part of a team, is critical.

Qualifications:     Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe CS, and Microsoft Office. Revit Proficiency is a plus.
